As a result of registering as a participant in the ThyssenKrupp Elevator Architecture Award, the user accepts that the personal data provided by him/her or which may be provided in the future will be subject to processing in a personal data file. The data thus recorded may be used for the use and administration of the services on the Website, subscription to informative bulletins, incident management and it may be distributed to publications which will provide information on the Award.
The files thus created will belong to, and be the responsibility of, ThyssenKrupp Elevator. The titleholder of the data will at all times have the right to access the computerized files and may exercise his/her right to rectification, cancellation and opposition to the terms laid down in data protection legislation. To this end, the titleholder of the data should send an e-mail to this address
architecture.thyssenkrupp-elevator@thyssenkrupp.com which should include the user name, password, action requested and user address so that ThyssenKrupp Elevator may send confirmation of its actions in accordance with the request made.
The delivery of all the data required for registration as a participant is obligatory if not specified otherwise in the registration form, and ThyssenKrupp Elevator may refuse to accept the registration of anyone not providing all the data
Likewise, in accordance with article 34.e) of the Public General Act of Parliament 15/1999 of 13th December on personal data protection, the User gives ThyssenKrupp Elevator permission to transfer his/her data to the addressees in the terms and conditions previously defined, and to any country in the world.
The user's permission for the processing and assigning of his/her personal data will be revocable at all times through a written communication with the person responsible for the file as described above.
Finally, ThyssenKrupp Elevator wishes to inform the user that his/her data will be treated confidentially and housed in servers that comply with the requirements laid down in Spanish legislation referring to data protection.
